| hello! I’m looking for a new roommate to share my current apartment located east of downtown by stadium LRT and close to the river valley. the unit is a 2 bed 2 bath with in-suite laundry in a high-rise building with a gym. (please note that most of the photos are from when i was first moving in almost 2 years ago so don’t show most of my current furniture/belongings - you would *only* be responsible for furnishing your own bedroom and bathroom as the rest of the apartment pretty much has everything) your half of the rent would be about $1000/month, depending if you have pets and/or need parking. the unit has AC, a large balcony with a propane BBQ, tons of natural sunlight, a gorgeous view, and an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and pantry. there are several stores/restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. i'm in my mid-20s and a student at macewan. i also work part time and have my own vehicle; if you don't drive i'm happy to carpool/drive you places occasionally but this location is also very convenient for taking transit. ideally looking for someone female/nb and close to my age but i'm open to anyone who seems like a good fit! i'm fairly quiet and clean and like my alone time but someone who's into similar music, tv/movies, or other general interests as me would be a plus. I'm totally cool with you having people over and whatnot as long as you're respectful, communicative, and clean up after yourself and your guests :) 2SLGBTQ+ friendly, open to more pets (i have a super sweet and friendly 5-year-old spayed cat who is usually pretty scared of other animals), and 420 friendly. if you're interested please message me and i can send you more info! |
