| TEMPORARY ROOMMATE wanted to share basement suite. $700/Mth plus 700/DD. Utilities included with wifi, NO cable (it can added it and we can split that bill). 1 bedroom (furnished or not) , shared laundry with upstairs neighbors, big shower (no tub), some storage,Fenced sideyard, NO EXTEA ANIMALS because I already have 2 adult cats and one foster female cat (temporary with me until adopted out). The upstair neighbor has 1 full time dog that lives with them and another once in a while. Street parking only, quiet neighborhood. Looking for a quiet, clean, working person. FOR MAY 1 ST. Rental is only until my lease is up on Sep 1st 2025, I can extend if I want. Working FEMALE ONLY, NO COUPLES. Thank you. |
