| One master bedroom (1/3) for rent in our house (only girls). The house is furnished, but the room is not (I’ll be selling my furniture so if you are interested let me know!) Rent is 700 CAD monthly (including water, electricity, and heat) plus internet shared with the other roommates (24,00 monthly per person). 1 covered parking spot is included for free, and if you enjoy gardening we have a backyard garden! McKernan/Belgravia station is 7 min walking (600 m), and the University of Alberta is 18 min (1.4km). We are looking for somebody organized, easy going and that likes cleaning. International students are welcome! |
