| I have one room for rent in Ridgewood millwoods. It’s a quiet area with plenty of parking. The mall is nearby and public transportation both train and bus is as well. The room is not furnished. Wifi and utilities are included in rent which is negotiable. This home has a big yard with mature trees for shade, a fire pit, bbg and outside table and chairs. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, laundry, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non tobacco smoker prefered since I do not like tobacco smoke but 4:20 friendly, dog friendly and hopefully an English upbringing.
