| Upstairs room available Nov 1 or sooner Rent is flat rate. Everything + tp and laundry soap included. No cats/dogs. No couples. Quiet spot a few blocks north of NAIT. Lots of street parking available. Good size back yard with a fire pit. A little shed space, if needed. Great spot for students. Couple christian guys residing, currently. We do have gatherings occasionally, especially during the summer. Would like to maintain a Christian household as much as possible. |
