| Looking for a roommate May 1st! Community house in the University area (Windsor Park - 2 blocks west of the UofA). Main floor room is available for $825/month, all utilities and communal household items are included. We are looking for someone who is tidy and responsible, either a student or professional. We have a jam space in the basement so must be open to occasional weeknight rehearsals (two professional musicians in the house).
