Available Underground/Stall Parking (FOR A FEE) Street Parking - FREE (Park at your own risk) Required 1 Month Deposit. Preferred Working Student or anyone who works full time job. I can also accommodate working full-time COUPLES but rent fee will be different. I have 2 adult cat in the condo, so you must be OKAY with my Cats. Unfortunately I cannot accept any tenant applicant that has a pet. Condo is very accessible, with lots of places to shop nearby and there are also numerous Bus Stop in the area. |
