| I am looking for a roommate to transfer my lease for the month of May. The lease can be extended if you and the other roommate both wish to do so. # Its a large spacious bedroom with a walk in closet. The size of the bedroom is very large than usual size of a bedroom. The spacious kitchen and washroom is shared with another roommate. # Plenty of storage unit available. # A lot of spaces are available in the kitchen as well. # Plenty of light in the bedroom because of the large size window in it. # Female roommate wanted as the other roommate is a female. # No smoking, no pets. #Location: It's near whyte ave and 100 street nw. The bus stop is just 2 mins away from the apartment, from where you can take route 4,8 and 523. U of A is just 15 mins by bus and It’s also very close to Grocery stores like NoFrills. Location cannot be more convenient than this. #Rent : The rent is $660 + utilities(electricity + wifi). Rent is Negotiable with me.
