Shared kitchen, living/dining areas, back yard with nice landscaping. 5 min from all amenities, bus stop’s right outside the door with 5 min ride to Clareview LRT. About me: 40yo single male. I am laid back, and easygoing. I do not party, smoke, or do any kind of drugs. I work a lot, so I am gone quite a bit, and when I am home, I am pretty quiet. The house is LGBT friendly.
