Perfect for a single person or a couple. Dog friendly, sorry no cats. $500 a month includes water, sewer and solar ($300 damage deposit). Depending on your power consumption you may require a generator, one could be provided for a price. There is internet but it is slow, willing to upgrade for a negotiated price as well.
