No elevator. Fully renovated unit. Baseboard boiler heating. No A/C. Access to all common areas. Walk-in shower with 3 heads. Dual sink bathroom with lots of storage. Heat, water, power, tv, & internet. Hard wired internet in your room. Wireless tv box in your room. Large Closet with clothing rod and shelves. Can be rented furnished for $800/Month. (Rent to own furniture is also an option) Free shared laundry (washing machine & dryer) in the basement. Fully functional kitchen with Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, Air Fryer, Blender, Single Cup Coffee Machine, Microwave, Stove/Oven, and cooking implements. Damage deposit amount is negotiable ~$1000. No parking spot is included. Street parking available with no restrictions. Walking distance to major bus routes and Whyte Ave / Old Strathcona Farmers Market. 15min drive or less to the University of Alberta Campus and Downtown Edmonton. Solar powered when the sun is out! =D DEAL BREAKERS: (If you are any of these things, do not apply). Climate Change Denier. Your Primary Source of news is social media. Access to a Peloton Stationary Bike (But you will need to buy or already own your own clip in cycle shoes). Peloton Subscription will be an extra cost per month but I’m willing to split it. Access to an Epson Ecotank Wireless Printer (shared ink & paper costs). Access to a Dyson Stick Vacuum.
