| Cute townhouse, newly renovated, mostly furnished, but the room can be negotiated. Short term ok. I work Monday to Friday and leave the house by 4:30 am, so in bed early. Looking for a clean, friendly and quiet house mate. Extra points if you can let the pups out in the morning. $1050 for primary bedroom with walk in closet. There is 1.5 bathrooms but the main one can be mostly yours. $200 off rent if you can do monthly deep cleaning. 420 is ok, outside. I am celiac, which means food and cooking utensils needs to be separate - currently a gluten free kitchen. Newly renovated, vinyl plank flooring. - 3 good sized bedrooms with the primary bedroom with walk in closet - 1.5 bathrooms - bathroom has bidet (heated seat is amazing) - laundry in basement - 1 outside assigned parking stall for $50 available - central vacuum - new high efficiency furnace - hot water on demand - Includes utilities, incl wifi - mostly furnished, can be negotiated based on needs. - unfinished basement, laundry there, can be used for small storage if needed. - small trained dog is ok if they get along with the 2 resident pugs, sorry no cats due to allergies. Bannerman area, close to Henday and bus stop steps away and 7 mins to LRT. |
