The place comes with: Your own bedroom (which can be furnished for extra cost) and own bathroom, In-suite washer/dryer, Dishwasher, Full kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, Furnished living room, Underground parking, No smoking, No pets household. Rent is $900/month, and that includes Wi-Fi, heat, water, and parking. Electricity is extra, but usually around $20/month max. It’s a really comfy spot in a great location.
