| Hi there, I’m a Christian woman, looking for a roommate (preferably female professional or student). I am of African/ Canadian descent. I work lots, easy going, and introverted. I’m looking for a moderately quiet, clean, and respectful female roommate to space the common space for with live in a newly luxurious (modern) built house in Tamarak area (SW). There is a walking trail and beautiful and quiet scenery in the summer time. Your Accommodations Will Include: - Bedroom (unfurnished) : room can fit a queen size bed, twin bed or blow up bed. Whichever of your choosing. - Separate/Private Bathroom. - Modern Washer & Dryer - Cable & High Speed Internet -Lots of Storage Space - Driveway parking ( temporary garage can be up for discussion on winter days). - Accessible transit stops nearby for those who don’t drive. Required: - Security Deposit: $800.00 *by move in date - Signed 6 months roommate/tenant agreement to proceed: Copy of your ID - Early move in fee - date before 1st of the month. - First in-person introduction/ interview at a nearby cafe (e.g. Timmies -less than 3 minute drive away) in my area before house tour to get semi- acquainted- to see if we are a match. *Alternatively*: month to month agreement is available but for an additional cost of $50.00 making it $900 a month total.
