| Hi my name is Christian recently seperated, I’m 36yo drama free man looking for a room to rent, garage suite, apartment, basement suite 1 bedroom. I have expensive belongings and would like to find a home where those things will be respected and safe. I work a professional job in a corporate office for a large local business. I don’t use any drugs at all, not even cannabis. I have an alcoholic beverage here and there but I dont drink to get drunk. I have an extremely well behaved cat who has never wrecked anything and doesn’t jump up on surfaces, he sits at the table to eat like a gentleman should. I work quite a lot and do a lot of sports and coach sometimes, so I generally will only be home 10pm-6am. I can provide my criminal background check, I also have good credit and can provide you with my credit report no problem. I have plenty of references. I will provide you with my pay stubs also, I’ve never been late on rent or a payment on my bills I have a 100% bill payment rating on my credit score. I am an extremely clean person, I expect the home to be clean and free of hard drug/heavy alcohol use. I am also a journeyman carpenter so if the house needs work of any kind I would love to build things for you. My office is located on the west end of Edmonton I would like to be somewhere west side of Edmonton, st Albert, spruce grove southwest. Thanks! |
