| I'm looking for a long term room rental starting before July 1st. I am a dependable, easy going, gay male. The only reason I am mentioning that I am gay is so that this is a comfortable living situation for everyone :) I respect everyone's choices, space, and passions. Looking to spend up to $700 with everything included. I would like to be close to downtown if possible, but that is not a deal breaker. I am a clean individual and like to keep my space tidy.
