***Lease takeover for September 1*** One bedroom sub-basement apartment just off of Jasper on 114 Street. Rent is $1,075 plus an additional $55/month for a cat ($250 fee upfront, I believe). Rent pays for heat and water, plus a parking stall with an outlet. You'll be required to have tenant insurance, and the property management company is partnered with Duuo. I think I pay about $90/month. The apartment itself is a decent size for a one bedroom, with huge windows, dishwasher, and tons of storage. Right across the hall from the laundry room, and the property manager lives in the building. The property management company is family owned and are honestly the best to deal with. Mostly families and couples live in the building, from what I've gathered. I rarely hear my upstairs neighbours. The building also has Amazon entry, so no more stolen packages! Super close to transit (2, 5 on Jasper, fifteen minute walk to Corona LRT), and Oliver Square is literally two blocks away. There's a huge park across the street, and the neighbourhood itself is very quiet. Circle K is on 113, and there's another locally owned convenience store on 115 Street less than a block away. Hanjan is just down the street, and there's a vegan grocer too. Moving because I'm planning on moving into a bigger place with my sister, otherwise I'd literally live here forever lol.
