The new energy efficient washer and dryer right outside your door in the well-lit up laundry room, no need to plug in coins, running up and down stairs, people taking your laundry, missing laundry or beating someone else to the washer or dryer. Also, has a large galley style kitchen with plenty of cupboard and drawer space counter tops with newer fridge and stove and a dining room off the kitchen. There is plenty of room for a dining room table under a chandelier with dimmers. There are 2 cement patios for your relaxation with pristine private, fenced and gated backyard if you would like to put up patio furniture. We live in a neighborhood with great people who always watch out for each other and very friendly. This area is close to all amenities, Edmonton transit 1/2; block from house, 3 schools, 3 churches. The Anthony Henday is 2 minutes from house, Yellow head is 1 minutes, NAIT is 3 minutes away, downtown Edmonton 5 minutes straight down the street, Gretzsky freeway is 5 minutes away, so, very close to all major road systems. There are also major grocery stores, medical centres, gyms, pools all within 1- 3 minutes from home.
