Hello, I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom for rent downtown in queen mary park (108 AV ) area. Walking distance to Roger’s place , grant MacEwan etc. 1 year lease required - $2300 per month plus utilities. No pets / no smoking Will require proof of employment and rental references. This is a middle unit. Street parking and I have t had an issue - the unit is on a corner so there is parking in front and along the side of the home. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the smaller side but fit a double bed and desk just right for perspective. There is a small fenced back yard. There is a basement apartment with a separate entrance where I will be occasionally. I work out of town and I’m not home often (I do have 2 dogs with me when I am there ) I am looking to start tenancy sept 1 or shortly there after. Please reply with a bit about yourself , your employment , who will be living in the home and anything you feel may be good to know.
