Two minute walk to LRT and to U of A. 5 minute walk to popular whyte ave! Bedrooms layout: -Bedroom 1: Master bedroom top floor RENTED -Bedroom 2: Medium bedroom top floor $940 -Bedroom 3: Small bedroom top floor $900 -Bedroom 4: Main floor RENTED About the house: -Four bedrooms, two washroom per floor, one living room and kitchen -Laundry room is located in the basement. This is shared with the downstairs basement tenants. -We have tenants in the basement but they do not have access to the upstairs of the house and they have a different entrance to the house through the back of the house. -Internet is included -Kitchen is fully equipped -Parking is available at the back of the house -No hottub access/use -Hydro, gas, drainage and garbage is subsidized up to $50 per person per month meaning we subsidized $250 per month which includes the basement. After $250 we split the bill between everyone in the house.
