| Looking for Easy Going - reliable - dependable roommate to come live with me. This place is very quiet you could hear a pin drop sometimes and beautiful scenery outside. I need someone who is okay with my cat and someone who wants a good relationship with each other that once and a while we can sit and chat about our days just a very outgoing individual. I’m VERY energetic but not a late night partier or anything unless I had a get together for a birthday or something I won’t cause you any issues in case your a student. I’m in bed by 11 pm up at 7 kinda gal :). My biggest thing is quiet after 11 pm and I’m up at 7 crushing it haha so I need roommates that can work around me wanting to get stuff done immediately :) we can chat more in person about our needs once we meet! I would like to get $750 for rent but the entire place is yours to use including fireplace and my TV/ Chromecast etc AND $100 for utilities flat rate that being said there is a fireplace your welcome to use any time. Very Large Balcony tenants can bring BBQ and patio furniture long as they communicate with me what it is. Internet Included very fast! There is room for flexibility with utilities mainly in the winter it gets expensive so it’s nice to share :) Please PM me for details as there would be some details I need to share prior to arranging a viewing. I’m hoping to find someone for a 6 month term to 12 month term. My lease is up in End of May and provided I find a decent roommate I was planning to re sign for another full year!
