The successful applicant can have the whole house for $1695 per month plus utilities on the condition that they cannot sublease any part of the house including the basement suite. Therefore, if you want someone else to reside in the house with you we will consider approving other occupant(s) but you must indicate your intentions in advance as all occupants must be approved by us and named in our lease or they will not be permitted to live on the property.
