Located only 1 block from the Coliseum LRT Station and the Coliseum Transit Centre, a major terminal for Edmonton buses; an excellent location for any student going to MacEwan University, University of Alberta or NAIT. The main living area of the house features a bright and open living room, large sectional sofa and wall-mounted 65” LED 4K TV. The brand-new kitchen has custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances: fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher and over the range hood fan. The laundry room is on the main floor. The spacious room is on the second floor and has a very large window and closet featuring its own full bathroom. The bathroom features a large countertop, custom cabinetry and a full shower. We foster dogs, so liking dogs is important, and any potential pets must get along with small senior dogs. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with a bonus room we use as a study, so we have plenty of space. A bit about the people who live here – we are fun loving, respectful, neat, and quiet. We don’t cook for the most part lol so you’d have the kitchen to yourself. We do host small parties, or board game nights, occasionally on weekends. We also enjoy vegging out in front of the T.V. watching Netflix. We are hoping to find a student or young professional who meshes with us, so if we sound like your kind of roommates let me know. One month’s rent is $750, which includes heat, water, power, and internet. Rent is month-month with one month’s notice if vacating. **We offer a rental reduction for signing a year-long lease.** Damage deposit is one months’ rent.
