Description I have a room for rent in a quiet new and safe northend neighbourhood, you would only be living with 1 other person in this beautiful home $800.00/ month includes electricity, heat, washer, dryer, parking,water, internet/wifi, bathroom., etc.. does not include groceries and cleaning supplies , etc .. Looking for at least a year lease. The property is walking distance to grocery stores no frills, sobey's, bank, restaurants, library, etc.. 3 mins drive from anthony henday, 5 mins drive from londonderry mall The room is unfurnished (pic of bedroom with bed will be empty) .. If you happen to have a lot of things I have a basement and garage for storage. You will have your own space for your own items. Shared cleaning for shared space such as kitchen, livingroom, etc,, basically just clean up after yourself. I am looking for someone clean, trustworthy, reliable to pay for rent on time, clean, respectful of property. No smoking, no illegal drugs, or partying. I am only looking for minimum of one year lease . There will only be one other male in 40's (friendly and majority of the time works out of town) whom does not smoke, do any illegal drugs, or party.
