| I am a 40 working over 2 years female looking for a FURNISHED (hopefully, but not nessarily) downtown (ish) dwelling. I'm open to bachelor, 1 bdrm, and what have you and i do not have any pets. I am a nonsmoking , nondrinker , and I mostly work from home. I would die without my laptop. I have excellent references both rental and employment. I would like for March 1 or sooner. I'm hoping to either have a lower security deposit or have the owner allow me to make the security deposit in two installments. . Half along with full first month's rent and the other half second month with full rent for that month. Please let me know what you have... I'm pretty easygoing quiet and clean. I'm very easy to get along with and would look for the same in a renter. Thanks |
