I love this building so much and am so sad to go. It’s pet friendly, safe, right off of Whyte Ave and close to UofA. There is a washer/dryer in apartment and in that area is a lot of storage. Amazing sized den that can be used as a spare room if you get a pullout couch like us. Great sized front storage closet and beautiful washroom. Rain like shower head and massive tub. The balcony is absolutely perfect for those summer evenings. Walk in closet in the bedroom and there’s a linen closet. The kitchen has so much storage as well and a dishwasher is included. The on site management is perfect. The building is quiet, you can rarely hear your neighbours. Few children in the buildings but none on our level. There are 2 schools with fields close by and a slating rink across the street. It is me and my boyfriend here and our 2 dogs. AC/Heating is available. Water is included. The electricity bills remain under 100$ for the power we use (dishwasher, washer/dryer, lights, internet) and my boyfriend games. There are deals with Telus. Parking is also available. Looking for someone to move in for Dec 1st, 2024. Ask as many questions as you’d like and we can schedule a visit. The management is most likely looking for someone with stable income and good credit. |
