| Well appointed room with large closet, ample storage, desk and smart TV. Shared bathroom. (You have your own sink and cabinet, bath-shower is shared). Home has large kitchen and dining area. Outdoor patio with fire table, fire pit and large deck. Modest home gym. We have storage space for bike and snowboard spare tires, etc. Rental includes high speed internet and utilities and use of common areas. Does not include use of sauna or provision of wood/ propane when using the fire pit/ BBQ or Firetable. Must be clean and tidy. Must have experience with large dogs, the younger one is frisky. Both extremely gentle and affectionate. Not aggressive and no history of aggression, they have grown up with young kids. NO PETS - please do not apply if you have pets. Must be willing to clean up after yourself. Ideally suited for a student or young professional. No house parties. Application must include details of yourself, your income and you as a person. DD is 1 month rent. Seeking 6 month minimum. |
