| Hi I’m looking for a roommate to move into my loft apartment with me and my 2 cats!! Move in immediately or when you are able All Utilities + internet are included in rent! - $670 The unit 1000 sq ft Room comes with 2 wardrobes, bed, and dresser Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer included in the unit. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly MUST be clean and tidy person MUST like and be respectful towards cats* MUST be female or non binary NO Drugs or smoking in unit Everything you need is in walking distance! It is located in downtown Edmonton close to MacEwan and NorQuest universities. Close to grocery stores, fast food restaurants, bus stops and an LRT station. Male and couple inquires will be ignored. Sorry! I understand most will feel a bit uncomfortable about this living situation. However, I’ve done it before, it is not as bad as you think. Given this setup, there requires more respect for the other’s privacy and personal space. I am more than capable of doing that. We’ll be in this situation together. Most other places are over $700 and that doesn’t always include all utilities. My place is a very reasonable price, all utilities plus internet is $670. |
