| Private room for rent in Cochrane. Utilities and internet included. Short term month to month availability with the possibility of becoming long term. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. I do have a second room available if needed (ex.single mom situation). You will have your own bathroom, separate from the room. This property backs onto Central Park in Fireside, has mountain views, easy access to parks, skating, 5 minute walk to the schools. The home will be shared with a working professional who needs a quiet space during the week and keeps it pretty quiet on the weekends. Sometimes the neighbours have get togethers on the street and/or fire pits. No parties or indoor smoking. 1 large friendly, fluffy dog lives here. No cats, prefer no dogs. A medium sized friendly dog may be considered for a fee. Move in date is flexible. $600 damage deposit for first month, $400 by the 2nd month (if applicable). Please contact h.stormm@outlook.com |
