| Hi there, I am a quiet, reliable, happy, and honest male looking for a studio or 1 bdrm for July 1st, 2025. Budget is $2100.00 (ish). My current 1 bdrm rental where I've lived for the past 3 years will be ending as the landlord's now older son will be moving in. My landlord is flexible to end my lease sooner if a rental comes up before July. I am financially comfortable, always pay rent and my bills on time, I own my car, and have stable and reliable employment in Canmore. I am tidy and like to keep my space clean and organized and will care for you place as if it was my own. I am low maintenance - I'm usually out and about with friends and family enjoying Canmore's incredible outdoors, so not often home. I have great references both personal, current / prior rental(s), and employment. I work at our local Vet Clinic (can provide letter confirming income, employment hours, and reference). I love animals - but have no pets. I'm hoping to be able to stay in the Bow Valley if I can find a place in the next few months. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to chat further anytime.
