| This is a cozy welcoming self contained suite with private entrance. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms. Comes fully Furnished, along with A TV, linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen to cook in and other necessary essentials like laundrosoap as there is an inauiite washer dryer. Not only that, it also has its own thermostat and central A/C. Looking for weekly to monthly rentals. Rates dependant as damage deposit and amount of guests are considered. Welcoming students, traveller's, small family's and professionals. Longer stays will be dependant on a good rental reference. Suites professionally cleaned. Rates are as follows: WEEKLY: $450 single $600 double Damage Deposit : $250 Monthly and bi weekly rates can be discussed if needed and am willing to apply a small discount for well behaved tenants towards a discounted rent RULES TO KNOW: NO SMOKING/WEED inside the property- outside is fine if disposed of in supplied receptacles.
