| Hi! We're a family of 3 who like to mountain bike, ski, climb, hike, travel, play guitar and hang out and make new friends, and we've got a room to rent to another like-minded person if you think this sounds like the kind of crowd you'd like to be a part of. I've listed "not pet friendly," but that's not entirely accurate; we have a foster dog that we are looking for at the moment. She's a sweet, gentle, short-haired pup, but this won't work for you if you don't like dogs. Sorry, but we won't consider anyone with a dog - one in the house is enough. We're just on the other side of the highway in Cougar Creek, about a 10-minute walk to Elevation Place and a 1-minute walk to the bus stop. There's reasonable street parking, you can always find a space within 70 metres of the front door. Check out the photos - everything you'll need (linen, plates, furnishings, utilities, internet) are all included already. We've also got a kitchen with a dishwasher, so you get to be a bit lazy, and there's a washer/dryer downstairs. If you've got a skis or a bike, there's room for them in the garage, too. We've got one roomie already who is from Japan; we'd like to meet someone from another corner of the world! The room we've got available right now is $950, has a queen-sized bed and linen, some furnishings, and a big closet with drawers, in a quiet corner of the house. You'd be sharing the bathroom with two other folks. Here's the final part - if you're interested, we want to know more about you! Don't just send us a text saying, "Is it available?"... tell us a bit about yourself, what brought you to the Banff/Canmore area, what your goals are here, how long you'll be here, what you're doing for work, etc. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of our little family community, so knowing more about you - and you knowing more about us - makes sure it will be a good fit for everyone.
