My wife and I are seeking a little place to call home. I have just semi-retired( Builder) and my wife (Cook/Caretaker) still wants to work. We like the outdoors, gardening and are active hikers etc. We don't have any pets, are non smokers and pay our rent everytime, on time. We keep a home clean inside and out, have good references and credit. We don't mind helping out around the house with gardening, small repairs and snowshoveling.
