| We are a couple in our early 40's, both of us are employed full time . Myself I am long haul truck driver (20yrs), I'm gone Sunday to Thursday evening (Friday&Saturday off), my spouse she manages a hotel in the airport district (15yrs)Our kids are grown and moved away . We have two amazing little beautiful granddaughters that come to spend time with us in the summer (this is reason for second room. We also have Larry (In pic) he's an extremely well mannered loving English Bulldog he is four years old and fixed.i bring Larry to work with me so he only around the same days as myself. We are looking for a two bed , two bath Townhouse. Condo. House ,pet friendly. Does not matter what part of the city it's in. We currently are living central in a 2bed , two bath along 17th ave SW. We would like to stay in SW or NW if possible as she drives north for work. Budget is 2200.00 month and looking for long term. We would prefer to deal with owners directly so we can build a long term relationship with each other and show them we treat their home as our own. And not just a person that rents from. Professional management Company. We have amazing references (current residents been 2.5yrs, only reason leaving is landlord moving back in for her own personal reasons or we would stay another 2.5yrs ) |
