Urgently looking for a small pet friendly rental, preferably with July 1st availability. I will pay a full year's rent and damage deposit up front. Looking for a 3-4 bedroom house/ main floor / townhouse / duplex / walkout basement type home for myself and my three children (11, 15 and 18) June or July availability. We have a well behaved 3 lb yorkshire terrier and a cat. The home I own in Airdrie is being sold due to divorce proceedings, I have been a homeowner for the last 15 years and as a such I don't have relevant rental history or references. I am happy to provide personal references. I am self employed as a mobile car detailer and receive substantial child support amounts. Airdrie, far North East, North West, Inner South West and Downtown communities will be considered, please message me if you have a suitable property available and think my family might be a good fit.
