| I have a room with your own bathroom, available for rent immediately, in a two bedroom, two full bathroom + den apartment. Location : Bridlewood SW Calgary 8 Bridlecrest Dr SW There is a 24 hr 7/11 and Sobey’s nearby. The apartment is on the main floor with a decent size balcony. I am a business owner in Canmore, and usually work from evening till late night. I recently moved back to Calgary and currently furnishing the entire place. You would have to get your own furniture in the room. There is a decent size closet and some extra closet space as well. The den can be used as an office. All the utilities are included in the rent, and Wi-Fi cost will be shared. Laundry equipment is available within the apartment. Rent can be month to month with the security deposit of one month rent. Parking is not available as I have 2 cars myself, but you can find Street parking outside the apartment complex. Dogs are not allowed. Cat is fine. Showing available in the morning and afternoon only And all day on Monday. |
