Fully furnished with a single bed with brand new memory foam mattress, with an adjustable base, Zero-gravity with remote control for movements of head and legs up and down. The private bedroom has a TV with firestick, Netflix and Disney channel access. It includes the standard use of heat, light, water and unlimited Internet access to two (2) modems. We welcome those International Students with part-time or full time employment. Location is near to: Downtown Calgary is just 8-12 mins drive and accessible by one ride by Bus 6. The room has access to a two washroom and in emergency situations, to our 3rd Private Washroom. Access to the kitchen (main floor and basement). Direct access to the Washer and Dryer. The house has 3 washrooms and 2 sets of washers/dryers. Establishments that are near to Glenbrook SW; Banks are Scotia Bank (4.4 km), TD ( 2.7 km), RBC (3.8 km), ATB (3.8 km), CIBC (3.6 km) and more locations nearby.
