| It takes 15 minutes by walk to SAIT, and takes 20 minutes to U of C by walk. Great location for Sait or UC students. The small bedroom is on second floor. Rent is $650 if stay less than 3 months. Rent is $590 per month if stay over 3 months. Rent includes Wifi, utilities, for one single only. You will need to bring your own bedding stuff and dining/cooking wares. Also, you will share kitchen and bathroom with other tenants. Prefer someone would like to help to shovel the snow in winter and cut grass in summer. No party, no smoking, no drink/alcohol, no pet. Deposit is the same as one month rent. Deposit will be fully refunded when moving out without damage and give at lease one month advance notice. |
