| Welcome to our acreage. 7 minutes west of sylvan lake. 5 acres surrounded with beautiful fields and trees. We are offering a Short term room rental available to the right candidate. Police check and solid references required. Available October 1st. Female only. Prefably someone in oil field or seasonal local work. There are no pets allowed and no pets downstairs. We do have indoor/outdoor acreage cats as well as a large guard dog upstairs. Includes: Fully furnished Separate entrance. Private bathroom included. Kitchenette available for use with fridge, hot plate, microwave and air fryer and dishes included. Shared laundry area upstairs by entrance. We are a family of 5 and our kids playroom is downstairs but on the otherside. Room has privacy of a door as well as a pocket door. Currently installing new vinyl plank flooring. Newly painted within the year. A second room can be made available for the same cost if two women were interested in boarding together. All utilities included. |
