Hello, We are offering short term rentals for those who have not yet found that perfect place, or want to leave a current rental situation that’s just not working out. Or maybe you’re just here in Calgary short term. Whatever your reason, this might be a fit for you. You’ll have a clean and fully furnished bedroom (bedding supplied) on the main level with a shared bathroom. We ask that you are quiet, clean, and respectful! No smoking, no pets, no drama. Rent includes: All utilities, high speed internet (wifi), laundry facilities, kitchen use, on street parking. Close to all amenities at Crowfoot Village and Beacon Hill. Quick transit Bus #138 to Crowfoot LRT Station. Rental rates are as follows: 1 week = $250 2 weeks = $475 3 weeks = $675 4 weeks = $850 Terms are on a week to week basis, with a signed weekly roommate agreement, with possibility to stay addition time. No daily rates! You’d be welcome to stay less than a week, but the weekly rate will apply. Damage deposit is equal to 1/2 your rental fee.
