The environment is plain, clean and quiet. The roommate is a male international student from China in the main floor. The roommate is a male international student from Hk in the basement. Main floor room $930 Basement master room $890 2 people live in the main floor, share 1 washroom and kitchen 2 people live in the basement, share 1 washroom and kitchen 1 person per room only. Working holiday visa, exchange students, internship students and apprenticeships are welcome. Tenant's reference: I stayed at the house for 6 months and had no issues. The house is close to public transport and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very welcoming and accommodating to my needs.
