| Hello! My name is Misty, and I am a homeowner in the community of Skyview Ranch in NE Calgary. I am an elementary school teacher and dog sitter. For drivers, there is easy access to Stoney /Deerfoot Trail and for transit users there is a bus stop located right across the street from my house that will take you to Saddle town c-train station. There is plenty of street parking available if you drive. I have a developed and furnished basement which includes your own private bedroom (queen size bed), living room and full washroom. There is a 55’ smart tv as well as a desk in the living room. There is very little room left for anymore furniture and only limited storage space is available. It is available for a flexible amount of time and rental agreement would be based on a month-to-month contract. I would be living upstairs on the 2nd level. I am looking for 1 person to share the kitchen, laundry, deck with BBQ, backyard with fire pit, WIFI, cable tv, Netflix/Prime with. Even though, I am a lover of furry friends and children, currently, I am seeking someone with no pets or children. I dog sit pets in my home, so you would have to be ok with dogs. I can provide you with a safe, respectful, quiet and clean living space and I look for that in return. The rent is $900/ month all in. We can go communal for day-to-day supplies like laundry/dish/dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels, etc. or we go separate for these items. I am willing to work with you and the option is there to pay biweekly if needed. $450 damage deposit and references required.
