| Hello! My name is Misty, and I am a homeowner in the community of Skyview Ranch in NE Calgary. I am an elementary school teacher, dog sitter and food truck worker. For drivers, there is easy access to Stoney /Deerfoot Trail and for transit users there is a bus stop located right across the street from my house that will take you to Saddle town c-train station. I have a developed and furnished basement which includes your own private bedroom (queen size bed), living room and full washroom. It is available for a flexible amount of time, minimum 6 months. I would be living upstairs on the 2nd level. There is very little room left for anymore furniture and only limited storage space is available. There is plenty of street parking available if you drive. I am preferably looking for a female to share the kitchen, laundry, deck with BBQ, backyard with fire pit, WIFI, cable tv, Netflix with. I am only looking for 1 person to share my home with. Even though, I am a lover of furry friends and children, at this time, I am seeking someone with no pets or children. I dog sit pets in my home, so you would have to be ok with dogs. I can provide you with a safe, respectful, quiet and clean living space and I look for that in return. The rent is $1000/ month. We would each pitch in $20/month to buy laundry/dish/dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels, etc. I am willing to work with you and the option is there to pay biweekly if needed. $500 damage deposit and references required.
