| Shared accommodation for an unfurnished room. this is a 2 bdrm 1.5 bath apt on the 16th floor, facing West (the cool side) of the Mayfair Apartments on Elbow Dr SW. excellent location with close access to bus routes, the train, and very close to lots of amenities and the Rockyview hospital. there is a Pool, sauna and gym on site and included with the rent. I am a 57 year old Gay man, I am fully employed and I work from home. I am friendly, easy going, honest and reliable I am currently an empty nester after more than 20 years with dogs and there will likely be other dogs in the near future. I am an experienced roommate and I keep to myself, unless events disturb the Zen of the house, which I am apt to address. I do not drink and do not like excess alcohol use. However, I am 420 friendly and I use daily. further, I don't want to live with the use of any illegal or illicit drugs or activities. Ideally you are Gay, or an Ally, friendly, responsible and respectful. I am looking for Sept 1 and the rent is 900.00 per month plus half utilities at 40.00 and half the cable /Internet at 60.00. all in 1000.00 per month. The view from our lge deck is worth it. I do not drive and parking would be an added expense. I would also like to get at least one personal reference. I am looking for an honest clean and reliable person that can share space in peace.
