I have one non-furnished one-bedroom basement suite with private bathroom for rent starting December 1st, 2024. You will be living in a shared accommodation. The common areas are kitchen, upstairs and laundry facility, downstairs. This is an 1100 Sq/Ft Basement with all utilities included for $1100/month rent. The community is Makenzie Lake and Lake access is part of the agreement. Parking is available on the street out front of the house. A damage deposit of $550 is required and the agreement type is month-to-month. This is a not pet friendly house, no smoking or drug use is allowed on the premise. You, the applicant, should be at least 40 years old male or female, be employed and provide proof of employment. Also need to have 2-3 references from ideally an employer and former landlord. This basement suit is meant as a single person occupancy, not multi person. Only serious inquiries please. |
