Short walk (10 minutes) to main C-Train / Bus Hub: Close access to SAIT by car 12 minutes or by C-Train about 4 stops U of C is about 8 minutes and in biking distance. Quick walking access to Walmart, Safeway, Coop, Starbucks, and close to Market Mall, lots of bike trails! NO smoking, NO vaping, NO partying. Must be quiet, respectful, clean & tidy - it’s a very relaxed well maintained residence in Dalhousie. Quiet time hours apply, NO overnight/hanging-out guests, no pets, and no heavy cooking smells. All inclusive including Utilities, Amazon Prime, High Speed Internet and house cleaner! Full kitchen, Full Bathroom, and lower level laundry. Access to back deck with propane fire pit.
