There will be a ONE TIME non refundable pet deposit included in damage deposit of $150. Rent is $800 monthly, on a month to month basis, and damage deposit will be $650. Included with rent is utilities, and internet. There is access to laundry, kitchen and I have a small dishwasher. Backyard and frint yard access aswell.
