| Private rooms for rent Hello! I am looking for 2 people to occupy 2 rooms in a shared 3 bed 1.5 bath townhouse located in hill hurst near Kensington. I’m extending lease from 1st December so rooms will be available from 1st December only. The bus stop 104 is 2 minutes walk, and Sunnyside LRT is only a 7-8 minutes. There are many restaurants in the area. Safeway is 5 minutes walk away only. There is a small backyard as well, so you can also have a barbecue party. Parking is available on street with permit. The smaller room is for $650+utilities and other bigger room with walking closet is for $700+utilities. In suite laundry available. There’s undeveloped basement can be used for storage.
