| Currently seeking a roommate for May 1st. This bedroom is located on the top floor. The main floor with the living room, dining area, kitchen, as well as the bathrooms and laundry room will be the communal areas. Location: Abbeydale (68th Street & 16th Avenue NE) Rent: $600/Month - This will include your utilities, WIFI and some household items such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, vacuum bags, Swiffer mops, sponges, etcetera. There will also be extra dishes, cooking utensils and cutlery for your use. Conditions: There are to be no drugs used or possessed on the property. (The only exception being for marijuana and any smoking is to be outdoors) Alcohol is negotiable but parties are not allowed, unless it's for a special occasion and the household agrees. (Examples being for birthdays or holidays) Preferentially, we like to maintain a quiet and peaceful residence, which means no overnight guests and minimal visitors. Furthermore, a matching damage deposit will be required. Transportation: There are two busses that go to the Marlborough LRT Station in about 15 minutes. (On good days, it takes around 30 minutes to get downtown on Transit) Public parking is also available at the front of the house.
