| Posting a room in a shared basement suite , my roommate is moving out. Have a 6 month lease available. May extend to another 6 months or 1 year at the end of the term Located pretty much opposite SAIT so good links to transport also has good parking at the back or street parking with permit. $850 per month ($850 DD) that includes all utilities and high speed internet . Room is furnished with new bed and new bedframe. Must be okay with a dog , he's very friendly. Additional pet can be allowed if they get on well . |
